Community Cacao Circle
February 12th
Join us for this regular monthly circle to take the time to slow down and be together along with the
sweetness of cacao. Cacao has been used for centuries as an assistant in the inner realms, often in a
community setting. The expansive, heart-opening effect of cacao is combined with time for movement,
vocal expression, group sharing and inner processing. We invite you to take the time to simply be
yourself and let the world be itself, as we allow life to unfold through us. Within this context, we may
allow layers of conditioning and belief to fall away, giving room for greater freedom and ease.
This event is brought to you by Ambe and Moses from Heartblood Cacao.
Eat lightly prior to attending to allow for fuller absorption of the cacao.
