Nature/Ecstasy/Poetry/Spirit-- Who We Are!
When we humans have a direct experience of our intimate kinship with Life we
have hope and we have our full intelligence. This little workshop allows a
precious taste of this domain which is available to us all of the time. All
we need to do is tap into itŠ
We will gather and sing our unique song through poetry*, nature awareness,
mindfulness practice and shamanic drum journeying. Participants will come
away refreshed with new insights.
* Bring a short nature poem that you love.
The environmental crisis is rooted in an industrial worldview that lives
inside our minds. Our souls yearn to bust out into something true and and
almost forgotten.... so we can truly live! Indigenous people, living their
traditional ways, model this... and if we go back far enough we are all
indigenous. The indigenous soul is not something to be idealized but
reclaimed, and in so doing, we strengthen and nurture our unique gifts for
the Great Turning, the transformation to a life-sustaining society.
Bill Pfeiffer, former director of Sacred Earth Network (SEN) and this
workshop¹s facilitator, has studied extensively with indigenous elders,
shamans, and medicine people throughout Siberia and the Americas. SEN has
organized numerous exchanges between indigenous leaders on both of these
continents who are protecting their sacred lands. Bill has also led dozens
of weekend workshops on the interface of sustainability and spirituality.

Journey to Avalon: A Midsummer Chant Circle with Kellianna
Using seasonal, elemental and Avalonian chants, Kellianna will lead
participants in a journey to the ancient Isle of Avalon to meet the Welsh Fairie King,
Gwynn Ap Nudd, and visit his palace, Anwnn, located inside the Glastonbury Tor.
We will sing in ritual; space, raising energy to manifest our intentions. The
mists of Avalon will part and invite you to a place between places, where the fairies dine and dance
in a crystal palace, where the white and red springs run wild and where your voice will echo through
time...
Kellianna has performed nationally and internationally for over 20 years. In 2002, she combined her musical talents and her spirituality to create songs from mythology and magic, singing of ancient wisdoms and sacred places. Her live shows are a combination of acoustic guitar songs and chants to the God and Goddess. She is a certified teacher of SpiritSong, a powerful tool for freeing your voice, for accessing the authentic sound that is you, and for entering into Spirit. Kellianna was trained by Shawna Carol in facilitating this unique approach to spiritual growth. Kellianna facilitates chant circles at festivals and shops all over the states She is a collector of chants and takes great joy in sharing these chants in her circles. She is experienced in the art of ritual chant, and uses the song to move energy, to celebrate the ancient mysteries, and to strengthen intention.

Everyday Sacred: the Art of Conscious Living
with Una Gallagher
Through the daily use of prayer and ritual we are able to slow down enough
to see the beauty all around us. This allows us to build sacred
relationship with the worlds in which we live, as we strive to discover
our true nature and be in balance with all life.
Together we will create sacred space and journey into the heart of the
earth and connect with those beings that wish to share their wisdom with
us. Upon our return each of us will have an opportunity to journal &
share our experiences, as we prepare to create a personal talisman to
inspire us in our daily practices.
We will learn simple grounding & centering techniques, discuss altar
building & maintaining, as well as create a simple daily ritual.
